Check. Orders purchased with checks can only be accepted by mail. Please see our instructions for ordering by mail for complete details.

Purchase order. Purchase orders are accepted by mail, fax, or as a separate PDF attachment by e-mail. Prior credit approval. Download a Credit Application.

Credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All orders shipped outside USA must be paid by credit card.

If you require an expedited shipping method, please phone our Customer Service Department to determine whether your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. When purchasing please state the type of expedited shipping to be used. We primarily ship UPS.
